Sale or disinvestment of a company, business or investee company (sell side)

As buy side advisors, we work closely with our clients throughout the entire M & A process; from the targeting and screening phase until the closing. We identify and evaluate potential target companies. We initiate contacts with the property and start the negotiation. We coordinate Due Diligence, advise on strategy, timing, structure of operation, valuation and price and lead the final negotiation and closing of operations.
